Animator Ryan Herbert created a 3D map to follow P22’s Incredible Journey past two of the busiest freeways in the country, the 405 and the 101, and famous landmarks such as the Hollywood Walk of Fame and the Hollywood Sign, to reach his new home in Griffith Park. Featuring the P22 journey theme from composer Gianluca Cucchiara.

Filming around P22’s celebrity haunts, including the Hollywood Sign and his territory around Griffith Park. Los Angeleno Jeremy Wolf was also interviewed about why P22 appeals to the young generation and the importance of protecting our land for mountain lions in the future.

Incredible summer evening filming at the Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County with Miguel Ordeñana, Beth Pratt and Natalie Riggs, who spoke about P22 and what an inspiring ambassador he is for LA wildlife.

National Park biologist Jeff Sikich, Poison Free Malibu Joel and Kian Schulman and Agoura Hills resident Sherry Ferber gave compelling interviews about P22 mountain lion, the wildlife crossing, and the effects of anticoagulant rodenticides.

National Wildlife Federation’s California director Beth Pratt, architect Clark Stevens and Las Virgenes Homeowner’s Federation President Kim Lamorie, gave great interviews at the site of the proposed wildlife crossing in Liberty Canyon, Agoura Hills.

Filming has started on July 1st, 2016 in the Griffith Park area of Los Angeles, and also in Beverly Hills. We’re excited to be you sending reports throughout the summer. Key events we will be covering include the P22 march on October 22nd, as conservationists will walk the historic route from Liberty Canyon to Griffith Park, following in the footsteps of P22.
